I've decided to write a blog about all my cooking experiences and things I cook, I'm sure it would be fun when I would look for new things I can make an experiment.
Ingredients :-
- 1 large corn (makai ke dane) shredded it finely.
- 1/4 tsp mustard seeds ( rai / sarson)
- 1/4 tsp cumin seeds (jeera)
- few curry leaves (kadi patta)
- 2 to 3 green chillies, finely chopped
- Freshly cut coriander
- 1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
- Salt as per the taste
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp oil
- 1/2 cup of milk
- 1/2 cup water
Method :-
1. Heat oil in a pan and add mustard, jeera, kadipatta and green chillies to it
and saute.
2. Add the finely shredded corn to it.
3. Add water and milk and mix it well and allow it to cook for 10 to 15 mins
and keep on stirring it in between.
4. Garnish it with freshly cut coriander
5. Serve hot with a dash of lime.

Dear Friend,
Made this evening snack. I am a big lover of corns, being it in any form. Very simple and delicious upma. but I dint understand the purpose of sugar in it, as corn basically has natural sweetness.
Anyways love it.
